Why should you get it ?: I've increased my business horizons, and have started to make more and more contacts, especially within a certain STALKER group. In return for giving them a slight discount, they are selling gear to me left and right. Not only this, but every now and then I'll run the arena (I haven't in a while, come to think of it). That's a good sum of profits, and seeing as Eastwood has had a good deal of contacts in his profession, it's about time he's started to contact them again.

Why should you get it ?: Because My balls got bigger so I saw a sign that said apply for tier 1 suits /Humor

1st: Stanislav became intrested in the selling the suits after he saw how much inflation changed their prices. ((Their on high demand at the moment)) He saw this as a way to get quick cash, So he wanted to sell them.

2nd: Stanislav's customers have been asking for that type of suit for a little while. One known as wally comes into his bar everyday and checks if he has gotten any shipments of them.

I'm not asking for you to ass pull some made up story, I'm asking you to actually DO these things. Go and make contracts with factions to get their weapons, sell cheaper guns to them, etc. Stop being lazy asses.

And then there is his main supplier, outside the Zone which delivers the items he require with the help of Military , who assured that will allow it to pass, and maybe even protect, but of course all this comes at a cost of a price, and something else of the deal that can not be discussed.

Why should you get it ?:  The reason why I should get Tier 2 Weapons is because I'm getting slightly tired of people selling me items that I have no clue what to buy for, and I would like to sell more items too in order to be a successful trader.

Why should you get it ?:  Valentin Dragonov has been working to get back The Sanctioned again. However all of the stalker clans are cooperating and joining in slowly together not to mention new rookies joining in and residing in one place. From rookies to cold blooded veterans equipment keeps going in. Especially guns. Valentin seem to have found an ecologist willing to help out these stalker clans, financially in exchange for protection. The wealth and number of the stalkers is going large so is the number of equipment. Tier 1 guns aren't gonna cut it anymore. And the lack of better guns is wearing down on everyone.

OOC: I'm getting quite tired of people saying "Oh, don't buy from  that trader, all he sells is cheap rookie stuff." When they don't realize that we have to progress just like they have to in a faction. I'd like to upgrade to tier two weapons instead of suits because most people are asking for weapons I don't have available.

Right so it's been two weeks and five days since I applied for trader, trying again.

IC: After Lictor old associate denied his request for the new and improved weaponry, Lictor decided he best find himself a new contact if he wanted to progress any further in his business. Lictor met up with one of his close trader friends, Arthur 'Night' Hutchinson who he asked if he could supply him for a short while with the better gear until he could get a hold of Arthurs supplier who seemed much more laid back and relaxed. Arthur agreed to the deal and Lictor gave him the needed cash. After this Lictor took a small break from trading and ventured out to meet up with Arthurs supplier hoping he'd be more understanding.

OOC: Same reason as last time, no one wants to buy from me due to my lack of goods. This time however it's been two weeks since I applied for trader which meets the time required criteria AND I made an actual IC deal like you recommended. Two improvements from last time.

Why should you get it ?:IC: .['Dweller has had stalker groups raiding abandoned warehouses in need of supplies, recently he found some documents on the where abouts of certain suits. He has sent a stalker group to look for the location as he is quite desperate. His luck has hopefully changed for the better as recently it has been poor- He has had two stalker groups kiled and has had his theory proved by sending stalkers out on jobs and recovering the PDA's of the individuals.

OOC:I am in need of suits Tier 2 as i am working with Dug leader of the sanctioned in trading...He has the Weapons i have the suits. This would go along smoothly if we had the same amount of supplies. I have had an IC group of stalkers raiding abandoned warehouses searching for new supplies and IC 'Dweller' hasn't had much luck. But i feel his luck must change from this point and i should be able to supplie stalkers with the stuff they want

IC: 'Lictor' having done very little trading with Stalkers was low on cash and found that he needed work quick if he didn't want to go under. Lictor searched and searched but had no such luck finding anyone to give him work. Lictor was then approached by The Sanctioned leader, Valentin Dragonov, who enlisted him to sell goods to the Stalkers who hung out and the members of his faction. After doing this for some while, Lictor asked Valentin for permissions to dip his toes into their armory to sell some of their weapons and such to gain better income so he could further supply them. Valentin agreed and said he'd be glad to supply him with the more advanced suits that their old trader gave them.

OOC: I've waited three weeks as instructed by Rebel and I do believe I've returned from my state of inactivity. Dug also gave me permission to use the aforementioned IC reason as my IC explanation for this application.
