[OOC] Well, I think I should get Tier 3 is because from before (My vacationing) I stayed active as long as I can for two weeks, but I didn't have the chance or time to apply for a Tier 3 Suits, so since I got back I decided to play a little, see what people want more. Tier 2 Weapons or Suit. Apparently more people wanted Tier 2 Suits than weapons (Because people keeps asking if I have Tier 2 Suits.) So, I just decided to just get Tier 2 suits.

[IC] While Night was away for a while, after he came back, selling off his stocked goods, he got a welcome back message, on his PDA, from his supplier, and later he got a shipment of new suits to sell.

Which tier you are applying for:   Level...One? I think it's Level, or Tier One Firearms, or Weapons.
Why should you get it ?:  [ 'Alara's' been getting supplied by a temporary merc' group dubbed, 'Pheonix.' They peer up to him to supply them their weapons and items, and he does a basic job at it. Having no weapons to sell from the buy menu, basically means I have to sell AK's for around two or three thousand, when I buy them for like...a thousand. It's tough, really tough and it could improve profit for when I sell weapons, to put more in to the general Economy for missions. This way I have a larger amount of funds for my events, and jobs as mentioned. My thesis is, if I can meet the demands better of my customers, and get their trust and love more, and WIN them over with low, but legal prices along with money to throw away on tasks to keep them occupied, they will come back. But step one is getting myself some Weapon Ship's to get this shit done. Rise to the top, gotta' start somewhere.

Which tier you are applying for:  I'm applying for Tier One suits. It has been at least two-three weeks now, And Now would be the first time to get a certain tier.
Why should you get it ?:  (IC) Silvia has been selling regular items, odds and ends, For some time now. A friend or partner named, Arthur 'Night' Hutchingson, Soon gave her the contact of some people or a person that may be able to bring in a shipment of suits with the ties that the person may own. After about 2-3 weeks of trading, Silvia finally was able to contact the person for the shipments. (OOC) This is my first tier that I would have as a trader. I have also seen a rise in demand of suits amongst players in the server, I wanted to take advantage of this demand and apply for my first tier as Tier One suits.

(OOC) I have been fairly active with in SRP, so why not apply for tier four items to reach my goal?
(IC) Night was over looking his supplies, and was just bored checking the same stock he had at Freedom, so he went over to CC, the freedom leader, and ask for some better equipment. It took awhile, but CC has finally accepted to supply Night the items he wanted.

Why should you get it ?:  (OOC) I only have tier 1 suits at the moment and I want the enhance the varieties of suits that I could sell.
(IC) Silvia was able to obtain new shipments of suits that Arthur 'Night' had helped her achieve. Since the first shipments of suits she has risen enough money to order the higher quality suits that STALKERs are looking for to be smuggled in for distribution.

Why should you get it ?:  (OOCly) There is really alot of people asking for weapons and suits, and well it is over 2 weeks now.And I was thinking how to make it out ICly with the tiers- Ill hang around with PBGs and they will somehow help me.
(IC) Andre, selling in Neutral Cross base has made alot of friends, and alot of customers. As the time passed people started to ask for some weapons and suits.So Andre decided to ask Neutral Cross for uneeded weapons, buying them for cheap price and selling them for higher.

Why should you get it ?:   (OOCly)I am active on the server but I do admit that I have not been anyhow super-active on this character, but there are actually some IC reasons, like there is really no place to set up on the map  - except the DUTY base, Freedom and the manor/little house near spawn, most of them are taken by players/PBGs.And the main reason I am applicating for Tier 2 weapons is that..other traders mostly have suit tiers.

(IC)Andre has been selling some low-tier weapons for some time now, mostly to rookies. Experienced stalkers mostly buy only some ammo, food, or detectors, so Andre decided to have a little talk with some contacts.

Denied. 'Having a little talk with some contacts' doesn't justify this in the least, especially without any sort of roleplay. If you can take your time to explain why you actually deserve T2 flags, go ahead.

Why should you get it ?:      Faustus has been a trader for quite some time; Exchanging contact information and supplies with an ecologist in exchange for artifacts for free towards them. Other than that, working in the arena in cooperation with DUTY; He has gathered a reasonable sum of suit parts and especially weapons. Lately Faustus has noticed a large amount of stalkers going around and asking for different forms of protection and speaking of an inherent lack of traders from time to time. Although reluctant; He's attempting to for stronger bonds with his contacts in order to obtain better items for the stalker populace. (And for the arena!) 

EDIT: He has also recently struck a deal with DUTY for higher quality suits and weapons in exchange for paying Duty daily/weekly.
