Its Cannon, it was in the game.
If a Noob comes DM'ing with it, they get BANNED
If they Roleplay Correctly they do not.
If this is to be used the players should understand how heavy this is aswell as recoil.
I say ADD IT If its Cannon have it, I also seriously a Noob will suvive long enough on the server to get this.

Listen, It should be Base mounted only for all factions, TT Not needed, you buy it from a trader, but this eqipment is only reserved for Factions, doing this is more clever then a man in a exo Suit walking around with a big ass Light Machine Gun, just have it mounted and set up able.

Example:
Setting ambushes up.
Base Defence.

Bad Examples:
Patroling
Free Roaming

This type of equipment is made to supress and defend a area, not to attack.
