Improve as in, add better lighting and road signs, so that newcomers dont get lost. Better lighting meaning street lamps, rather than torches

I think he means the streets leading to VB. If you need equipment you just have to come to me for most things. My character tends to give out equipment to Novarium members free... Although you must know that I'm funding Kargate with resources at the moment so if you ask for certain items like cobblestone, I will have to respectfully decline. Alternatively you can mine the items yourself?
