Also, Warners isn't a games company, I don't see much uphill in the future. THe only thing I foresee from the wording of the first paragraph is;

Our shitty movie rip off games will now feature online capabilities, making them slightly less shitty, but still terrible. Sure it'll be something new/nice for shitty games, but the contribution only affects shitty games.
