Is this good or bad? I've been wanting to buy Combined Ops or should I wait for ARMA 3?

ArmA III comes out at the end of this year. You should buy CO.

ArmA III will require a high end graphics card to run it, so if you can run CO on Normal you probably won't be able to run ArmA III :[

Also, why make a mod a full-time gam- wait, they did it with DotA.

I've heard some talk about ARMA 3 being cheap computer friendly.... don't know if it's actually true.

If ARMA 3 is anything like ARMA 2, hell no.

Dev computers have 2 GTX 600-series cards, a lot of GB RAM and a very good processor. That's why it's so pretty.
ArmA III will be probably much more optimized, that's why it'll be more computer-friendly.

Hmm okay.
I run a fairly good comp so hopefully I can run a setting higher than ArmAII's medium, with at least 30 fps.

Eh.. I probably might not get Arma 3, until I get something better than a GTX 560 Ti.

Why? Ask Valve:

Counter-Strike
Team Fortress: Classic
Left 4 Dead

Also see Killing Floor.
