This is from a terrible show here in the states called "Toddlers and Tiaras" or some shit. It's about 11 month olds to toddler-aged girls being entered into beauty pageants so their ass-faced ugly mothers can feel better about themselves. It's disgusting and makes me want to just bring a gold revolver to one of these shows.
