my butt hurts REALLY BAD. what could be wrong? did i break something?

recently my butt has been hurting so bad and it's gotten worse. when i sit down i can feel pain around the top area of my butt. and when i get up out of chairs its EXCRUCIATING. the pain is baaad. it hurts so much. what could be wrnog?

i have that problem right now, from lifting something wrong..I just bought a heating pad tonight, (which helped a little) and I just discovered that my dog chewed it to shreds..so now i'm mad with 2 pains in the butt!

Did something happen to your tailbone? You might have fallen or sat down too hard and bruised the area around your tailbone. If the pain is that bad, maybe you should call a doctor and ask about it.

I don't know if you have gone to see a doctor yet? But something like that you should not wait. Did you fall on your tail bone really hard? take care!!

diagnosing..if its that bad..id see a doctor..feel around with ur hand near ur tailbone..if it hurts alot..u probly bruised ur tailbone..if not..u got other problems..get it checked out
