I would get Pictures, but my XFire isn't working at the Moment, and logs are hard to get when the Console is spammed by Errors (Like what Knife Cz said.)

PLEASE perma him. Just today, he tried to act like the admin, when I took Austin's stuff after he died from a prop. He told me to put it down and let him take it in LOOC, then proceeded to yelling at Pawx when he came to get his stuff for breaking NLR.

I didn't fucking kill him, first off. So don't make up lies. Even ask Pawx, I didn't touch him. Second, we were punching eachother because me, him, and Church were fucking around for a few minutes. So what? Third, you told me to put his shit down. I was holding it for him. Pawx is my best friend in this community. I wouldn't ever steal his shit. I assumed you thought it was a RP death, considering how you aimed your gun at me immediately and were threatening to kill me. Truth is, I would have put it down. Let me tell you what REALLY happened, Me and Genesis were fooling around and started running around, /Charfallingover. Rebel hates when I /charfallover, so he decided to grab me and throw me as I /charfallover'd, which killed me. Genesis was being a good friend and wanted to save my items from A Lollooter like you. You thought he killed me, and told him you wanted the loot, not him. When I came back, you shouted at me that it was NLR, which it wasn't.
Also, you weren't RPing at all, You don't even know how to Roleplay

Your all over reacting. Honestly, you all pick on the kid and attack him purposely. He tries to roleplay, and he makes an effort. If hes simply doing somthing wrong, don't ban him but instead CORRECT HIM. And attacking him with flame, and robbing him daily and attacking him and shit. He comes to me almost everyday with reports of someone robbing him, avoiding roleplay with him, killing him randomly because you don't like him and flame. Im sick of it, and think you all need to turn your attitudes around. Yeah, he made a bad first impression but so did some people and look at them now.
The metagaming complaint has and is over ruled. Admins debated and realized you have no real proof of it.
I've really seen 0 reports of him avoiding roleplay. What I have seen is reports of him running away as stalker groups approach him. I would do the same thing to seeing as hes been robbed so many times.

I agree. Sure, he DID make those retarded topics and is extremely annoying, but so are you people. You all have no right whatsoever to permanently ban him just because he made the same mistakes we did when we first started doing RP at this level. Also, seeing as how many of you still minge around and troll people, I don't see any of your opinions worth even considering.
If we were to treat all people with this over reactive cruelty, then we might as well ban our whole playerbase INCLUDING the people who signed their support for this ban application.

For pretty much the same reasons that Rebel listed. If nothing else, Whyku at least makes an effort to roleplay. Attacking him, robbing him, and being a general dick to him will never result in any improvement on his part. And although I don't agree entirely on running away from Stalker groups if they try to approach you, it's understandable given the number of times he's been assaulted or held at gunpoint. I still don't support it, however.
I see the logic in all these -Supports. Perhaps a perma-ban is a bit to far. One problem, though, is that he has a habit of aiming his gun around everywhere.

I talked to him about keeping his gun down and told him if theres ever a problem to contact me or any other admin and let us deal with it.

We actually taught him when he first started in Teamspeak. So, therefor, Pawx you have no right to accuse him of being a obstinate minded person. He asks us for consult in many subjects and all 5-10 of us give him advice.

He meta gamed all around we are bandits..talking for R.V..they are now killing us on sight for his stupidty,on server was around 20 ppl,so go ahead and explain all of em he is meta gamer and r.v are ok...i think he deservers week ban atleast.
Honestly you guys are taking it a bit too far, perma ban? What the fuck? The guy is new, help him out. When I was new, sure I might not have pointed guns at other people because I knew what roleplay is truely. But there are people who don't fully understand what roleplay is. Only by helping them and explanining will you avoid all problems you come across.
Hell when I first joined the server I didn't even know what stalker is, not to mention I couldn't spell for shit. But eventually I learned more and more, bought the stalker games and soon enough they became one of my favorite games. And look where I ended up? I ended up being an admin.
We only know what we are shown/taught.

He DOES Meta-game, and I can justify that, me and knife and Screw (I don't know his OOC name :/) standing around near the Sewer entrance in Sector 1, Whyku Sinsirr, who R.V had never come across before, comes following Screw with his AKM raised pointing at us and hiding behind misc cover. WE even told him IC to stop aiming his gun but it'd seem that he don't like to RP that much and know ratios Ya know, 3 Vs 1, get real.
Oh and also, We WOULD help him out if he did not point his gun in our face all the time.

This situation has been resolved. Duty is roleplaying as if they never knew about R.V. And currently we couldn't give a rats ass about them. I didn't know Whyku told it to my Major, and the meta was confirmed by ThY later on and I fixed the situation.

On a somewhat random note, Pawx and all of Pawx's friends need to stop minging around. I am tired of seeing you guys on the server punch whoring each other, abusing /charfallover, trying to prop DM each other, and generally being idiots. I realize that Rav likes to be a fucking retard with you all but that doesn't make it ok. If you don't want to RP, don't get on the RP server.
Back on topic permaban for what was said seems a little much, especially since Whyku is fairly new to the RP scene and is still learning how to play properly (and despite what you think he spends a lot of time in TS asking admins and other players for advice and is genuinely trying to improve). It does not help that so many of the community recently has taken the TnB approach to new players and basically shuns them for no reason.
All that being said Whyku has been getting out of control recently so I'd say maybe a 3 day to a week ban would be good. Definitely not a permaban, at least not yet.
tl;dr 3 day-1 week ban would be sufficient.
