This is really irritating if you are going to support someone for tool trust you have to follow some guidelines too. If you don't know them don't give them your support. Get to know them first don't just say sure and give it out like candy please. You only make everyone else's life harder.
Agreed, only support if you know the person and have RP'd with them enough to know if they can handle the responsiblity.
