  The Skulls were orginialy founded months ago by a band of bandits, outlaws, misfits and psychopaths whom found themselves at odd ends with the Zone and believed they deserved better than everyone else in the Zone and are willing to go to any measures to make sure that this happens. This is not exclusive to robbing, taking hostages, murder, selling fake information, swindling stalkers and just lying in general-- or anything one might even find as a despicable task even for Zone standards. Most of them thinking that they are on top of the world so to speak, many of them will act as if they do not care about their surroundings that do not immediately affect them or they might appear to have a 'tough guy' act going on about them. Taking their charade of being a tough guy though is not  the best idea though as most would still consider them 'bandits'; If you say the wrong thing, you might find yourself at the end of a glowing hot barrel. Their main drive is money, power and fame in the Zone; And they won't take orders from anyone unless they have to in order to stay alive. Being bandits. . . And a little unstable (Some of them.) They are known  to use whatever they can get their hands on; There is plenty of things to use around you, and those who are always broke (Or atleast were)  know how to implore it the best.. They have been known to only rob stalkers with knives or sometimes nothing at all, just using the environment around them to take advantage of unwitting stalkers.
  The Skulls will take an ambitious enough stalker who is willing to join. . . If they pass the trials to join the faction. The Skulls go by the policy of "Blood in, blood out." Meaning, once you're in; The only way out is dieing or weasling your way out.. If you can. The Skulls have fallen from their bandit throne after the death of their leader "Jitters" whom was one of the founders, but new bandits are rising within the bandit clan and are taking hold of what Skulls they can find; Trying to claw their way back up to the top. They are on a warpath, making sure that anyone who was involved in the murder of their leader pays dearly; Or anyone at all for that matter. Making a name is tough in the Zone, that's why when you do it, The Skulls think you should do it loud. It's time for the stalkers to pay up once again to the Skulls, for what they want. . For what they deserve.

(Edit: I realize this is a pretty bad story, I'M WORKING ON IT OKAY? D:)
