The Almighty Charpleman is a creature living in the Zone and could be said as the Big Foot of the Zone. Many people spotted him, but noone believes them. Theres said that the Goverment has placed a bounty on the Charpleman's head about 50k RU.

Several people who saw the Charpleman reported that he's saying random things about cake or fluid catalytic cracking unit's.
One Stalker recorded his voice when he found him:
