You can't just sit on your ass and expect everything to happen automatically for you. You need to make Freedom known, make Stalkers want to join and hang around with you.
'Back in the day' we had Stalkers, bandits, Mercs, all sorts coming to Freedom because of Duty and Military being general assholes, and we made ourselves known.

We advertised, we gave away free stuff, we gave missions and tasks to keep people coming back to us and to keep them occupied. You need to make people like you.

Hah, I remember I was recruited ICly by Marcus Heisselnuts or something like that.  He was then ordered to wash everyones clothes or be kicked out of Freedom, because he wasn't supposed to recruit people.  He then ragequitted, but I stayed for a while.

Also the server is empty all the time If I got on and started advertising to one or two players (Which I do time to time) They are usually in other factions.. We don't have many new players joining the server. After Christmas things should jump because more people get Gmod for X-mas and what not.
