I thought the argument was that being an admin is a requirement to being a faction leader.

I dont think it matters if an admin is leader, an admin could be co-leader.
I mean lets give something fun to the other 80% of stalker players who aren't admins. They want to be leaders also. So I say that you shouldn't have an admin as a leader, you could but its best to make the admin a co-leader to support the leader.

I'd gladly step up for duty, but you have ganedor , he it he co leader and I think he would do a better job.

In my honest opinion, ill say this bluntly.
I dont think leaders should be admins.
It should be trusted players.
Admins have enough on their plates.

Here is an example. You in a faction war, and one team just keeps coming back, breaking NLR.
OR, someone begins to remove your base with the tool gun.

Admins cant always make it there in time.

Its hard to get on, along with the crash lagging issue that's keeping me away too, I roleplay for 5 minutes then freeze up then come back after 10 minutes, that draws me away also, I love leading I love my faction I love the server I'm on the forums everyday for updating my factions rosters and looking for improvements, I am however human and can't get on everyday for one reason or another.

I still stand by my Total Faction Wipe idea, its gotten FUCK. NUTS. With Cannon breaking and all kinds of shit, ofcourse I'm not saying everyones a bad leader, because there ARE good leaders. I just want a total clean up because the entire factional scene has gone chuck norris.

Ganendor is likely to take over Duty leader, Pistol would take 2nd command, since he's still active

Ecologist leader is likely to go to someone else, since torch is away all the time

Traders Union is somewhat alright, assuming KLP4 wants to keep his position.

Freedom leader is open now, Tundruff is moving away from faction leading.

Im still yet to look into monolith.

Military is safe, just needs to be reogranised.

Sucks I am going to have to make another app since basicly 2 days after I post it he leaves.Well so unactive ecos or even if there is any ecologist,we need someone to lead this dead faction.

Also guys shut the fuck up about admins and faction leading.Zero is leading monolith,also is co-leader of traders,Torch was leading ecologist. Also I think Klp is leading traders.

Since I want to join this faction but how can I when no one is even on it........I mean there might be but no one is active. Honestly I think I may have only seen one eco ever on. Blake was the only real active ecologist,then he left.There was someone else but I never see them now. Actually I think blake does now.But I have no fucking idea.
