Alright, due to the mulitple reports I have been getting on scout dming, refusing to rp, abusing his flag.. I decided to give him a ban, but lucky him the server crashed right before I hit the command. I've been told that he will DoS the server, and this is a big reason why he needs a ban. So since I'm only a Trial Admin, I'm requesting a permanent ban on Scout due to this.

I'm sorry but the man has been here for two months and he still hasn't learned his lesson, I say we just ban him.  I'm honestly suprised he's lasted this long.

Scout has done many things, I sometimes  think when he want's something he goes out and kills someone with it then say's he didn't.

I still don't see any concrete proof to persecute him on.

Yea, just before he left Duty he was on his character and when Duty planned to attack he went on his Military-Merc telling them to set up defesnes.

He usualy STK's in every situation there isnt really anytime he has done anything else in combat.

Thats the two things i can say atm.

Scout uses ESP, that is real, heard that some trader bought from him about 30 or more artifacts, and heard he RDMs many times on server and claims he did not, breaking NLR to kill the people who were attacked by him.

Man, sounds like a serial rapist in court.

Go get on and pay some merc to deliver the justice. Merc gets some RP and he gets whats comming to him.

Also! You could also just take his FN2000 and Exosuit rights.. His acting like something he isnt when his wearing them. + They make it easier for him to do what is listed here. And on the "Server is becomming a battlefield" Several people also named Scout in same setence as RDM and Aimbot.

Ban him already. Hes doing this worse than I have, and thats suprising. So long Scoutfreak, I knew you for 2 weeks and already want you gone. You DM me all the time for my SPAS-12 on my trader, you stalk me and wait for my 5 gun limit as trader to end for the day, you run up to me and make me sell you 5 makarovs so my gun limit exceeds. Your just ruining our game scout, trolling, flaming, using aimbot and ESP, abusing SEVA and FN2000 rights.. Thats wrong.

If he does use an aimbot, its the failest aimbot around because he had about 10 seconds to DM and I survived =/

Fair well fellow HGN people. I am travaling high into the  mountains to learn to rp! I Sha'll return when i find inner piece. so yea i think this ban would be good to help me learn rp. I'll be back prob in 2-3 months, but dont worry i'll still donate $20 to the server every month to keep it up. And happy thanks givings :3

Just give him a slap on the wrist if he does anything wrong. No need to get rid of him completely and permanently because of a few mistakes, if that was the case I'm sure half of HGN would have disappeared.
HGN Needs to learn to punish and be persistent, not just sweep issues under the carpet.

I say we perma ban him if he really dos'd the server.
But other than that, we should ban him for about 2 weeks or more.
Since most of his problems are ingame roleplay problems.
STK, DM, Abusing Flags, refusing rp.
So I say he should get banned for AT LEAST 2 weeks.

He was on his last chance and now you're gunna give him a third? I think becaues of his polite comments he's just holding you in the palm of his hand.

Locke what am i supposed to do when i find them? Give them to the poor? And also the DM and refuse to rp is true but dont go saying that none of you can't be accused of this and also i have not at any point abused my flags.

Erm scoutfreak... Your saying that you DM and refuse to RP, why are you playing a serious RP server? Shouldnt you revert to DarkRP?

To start scout, you abuse flags by DMing, and where you say none of us can say we havent done it, we havent done it to level you do it. And refusing to rp can be very serious, so these things dont help you.

I am not saying i do it ALL the time, im just saying i have done it before. It mostly happens during the late hours were things are slow or when its a stm fight and someone dies then every one starts yelling "Wtf DM". I dont try to DM on purpose, its just that i can get carried away or some other reason. It's hard not to kill someone when you have a fn and when the object of a gun fight is to kill someone. And i only refused rp one time.

I think most of us here never refused to rp.
And it's true you do use ESP I have been a victim of it.
So was Szentii.

It's clear where this is going, just dming someone is enough to get banned, using bots and the like even further, and the reports deem it true, you have even admitted it yourself, so alas scout, your no longer welcome here.

This is serious roleplay, not dark rp, go play with the little kiddies there if you want to deathmatch some faggot with a bot, becuase it's certainly not welcome here! All votes stand against you, and i have enough evidence to tell you theres's the door and get the fuck out.
