There are rules about PKing.
You can not just "PK" someone because you feel like someone should be PK'ed.
Fill out the app.

You may also just, ask them if its alright, though most will say no, but if they agree, you can PK without an app

I believe faction leaders can PK their own members with good reason, without an application? Correct me if I'm wrong.
Im pretty sure. Since if someone stole all my info and sold it to Duty and their in Freedom. I'd want them PK'd too without worring for app'ing.
Faction leaders can kill members in their own faction without warning.
You can also apply for a PK after the fact if the player won't take what you believe to be a PK. So far most players I've seen in that situation are actually going along with the kill so I haven't seen any problem.s
There has been alot of Pk's this week last time i checked. And a whole load of complaining on "Where they got the auth from". but just like paint said they take it and walk away. Good thing its all working out.
