2) IC Guards only apply for MAJOR FACTIONS. Not traders.
3) Due to the retardedly increase in EXOs, they are SV auth only. They ALL now need an app, along with FN2000s (FN2000s are SA auth/SV auth) FN2000/EXO apps (http://www.forums.hypergamer.net/misc/fn2000exo-apps/)
