((Im making this as a new story that will follow the actions of Andrei Mirkov, Captain of the JUNO team Spetsnas unit from Kiev, better known by his codename 'War'.))

- Mild to Severe Schizophrenia

- Manic/Hypomanic Bipolar

- Possible manifestation of Psychosis



Briefing: We have been asked many times to just lock the subject up and throw away the key. He is brash, uncontrollable, unpredictable, and has no regard for the value of a human life. We can best describe him as a devil in human form. We however, decided to allow him to continue his active service, by administering medications for the above disorders. Putting such an experienced and efficient soldier away, may end up costing more money than covering up his past actions. The 105th 'Black Fire' regiment, currently operating within Sector 42 of The Zone, have requested a special forces team be sent in as reinforcements to their garrison. This will prove an excellent opportunity to let Mirkov loose on the hive of Illegals within the Zone. The 105th will not be made aware of the medications for a few days, to see if they can keep from making him to agitated, after the third day we shall radio the garrison commander and inform him of the meds.


Re-brief: Captain Mirkov was flown back to Kiev today with an ecologist team. Incidentally he had received a few large caliber bullet wounds at some point the other day. Lucky for him his improvised armor had severely reduced the damage upon impact, saving his life. He was taken to the hospital upon arrival and has been patched up.

Course of Action: We will dispatch Captain Leonyd Darvik, to take command over JUNO until Mirkov has recovered. Darvik tends to be more diplomatic rather than confrontational, hopefully it wont cost him his life.
