Why are there so many playerbased factions, And none of them are ever on. The only active ones are.

A lot of them have people, they jsut typically are not uber active. But I'd say most of them still have active members who show up from time to time. That is why they are not major factions.
If you ask me, We need to put a limit on the groups, there are so many people making groups atm. Maybe it's time to put a stop to the Player Based group making for now?
And prune some of the groups already there.
Why stop it? They aren't bothering anyone. AND they don't recieve paychecks. Let us have our fun.

Wouldn't it be easier if you just pruned groups who have been inactive for a certain period of time?
I still think that's a stupid idea. Something could happen, and the leader dissappears which sparks a decrease in activity, and one day the leader could come back, and something that was a piece of them, something they built with effort, is gone.
Well yeah, but I would not say that one group should be pruned in a short period of time due to activeness, maybe a month or two.
He can post saying he is going to be inactive maybe?
