So here is what happened my computer like 2 weeks ago my computer tower fell over and broke so I had to give it to a profesional and let them fix it. The problem was they had to delete all my memory.
Now what happened was I get on the server after I downloaded all the things needed and I see that nothing is in the character box.
Now the reason why I gave that information about my computer two weeks ago is because was there a character wipe?
A friend told me that I should ask for a refund im not going to do it until I get a definate answer from someone who knows whats going on.
There has not been a wipe for several months. So assuming your still using the same account, they should be there. Otherwise your account was deleted if it got too big (Making too many characters) which is also a sign of "Duping/Glitching".
We do not do refunds.
