PistolKid's SRP Project: SWEP Base Transfer
What it isIt's a project for switching SRP's scripted weapons from Teta_Bonita's Realistic SWEP Base to cheesylard's RealCS base. (As requested by Silver Knight/Last Exile)
What will we get out of this?Hopefully a new, better base, with cooler effects.
Why does it matter?The current SWEP base is overused and stale, however it works. The new base will be a fresh start to see if the SWEPs work better with the new base.

Really haven't had a lot of time to work with this, Steam crashed itself, I've had to deal with school stuff for next year... Trying to get as many done as I can.

I don't see why won't we get Skorpions. Before AKSu's they were the crewmen weapons, but now AKSu is one now.

Because there were no tank crews in the zone.
Hopefully it all comes out fine, keep up the good work Pistolkid.
Any new weapon would be nice, but you have to get models, animations, sounds, effects and all of that, it is not as simple as transferring the old info to a new base

Actually it is that simple. Sadly.
If I had any idea what you were doing I would offer my free time to help. But I have never actually bothered to try to mod anything on GMod.

! Uploaded video showing examples of a "medium" accurate and a "inaccurate" weapon. Waiting on playerbase to decide which type they like.
In case you couldn't take the hint, I need your guys' opinion on what kind of weapons you would like best.
"Medium" accurate weapons (Demonstrated by the AK-74u)
or "Low" accuracy weapons. (Demonstrated by the AK-47.)

This looks great, keep up the good work looking forward to this being changed.
Low accuracy, But don't make it like the makarov though were you can shoot forward and hit backwards, cause thats redonkulus inaccuracy. Also make the Sniper rifles Accurate, cause. . . They are sniper rifles and meant to be accurate.
I know this is involves a sensitive issue, but what will happen to this project now that pistol has left?
