Background: After the colapse of the Soviet Union in the early 1990's, Isaac left his home on the outskirts of Kiev and joined the newly formed Military of Ukraine. He recieved advanced military training and excelled at both physical and mental examinations. Come 2003 Isaac joined the 19th Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Battalion in Iraq and helped to develop new chemical weapons which would play a part to the end of the war in 2006, when the second Chernobyl incident struck.

News of Chernobyl's second blowout spread through the world fast and a ceasefire was called. Isaac was swiftly flown back to the Ukraine and was rushed to a Military conference and told he was to be sent into the Exclusion Zone around the destroyed Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant to study and report on the strange things that were happening there. Isaac was airlifted, along with a portable lab and a group of men known as the Ecologists, to the area known as Yantar and for the next 5 years explored, watched and recorded as the Zone expanded and more and more Stalkers poured in hoping to make a fortune. In 2011, at the age of 43 Isaac was appointed "Head of all Government Research Operations within "The Zone" for his dedication and commitment to his research. Isaac has made quite a name for himself in The Zone, exploring it's depths and finding it's treasures. You can often find him in the labs or out in The Zone and he often has assignments to offer, just don't get on his bad side..
