- Teamspeak 3 (Plus mic perferably but it is not required)
- In-character knowledge of the zone
- Decent equipment
- Have been in the zone for a while
- Have killed at least one bloodsucker
- Must do something noteworthy and possibly praiseworthy by the heads of Phoenix.
- You must accept a PK if you leave the faction without the faction leaders consent.
- You must agree to not give out sensitive information in-character and out of character.
- Must be known by at least two members currently within Phoenix
- Must pass basic Phoenix training.

I'm being very picky on what info to put public. Basically its a group of well known stalkers. Its purpose is to survive the zone with some other twists and stuff as well.

Why are you signing your posts. Put it in your signature, also what exactly do you 'Like' because just 'I like it' and 'I like the theme' are very insignificant things. We'd like to know if you supposedly 'Like' the idea and what specifically about it. Is it something you'd be interested in icly? Do our goals seem good enough? Etc.

I've seen a few of these people RP who're in this group; You guys seem like you know what you're doing and it's also a cool concept that you're bringing in some well known stalkers into your group. I think that's a pretty cool idea, I see a lot of well known stalker names in that group, although I spend pretty much 90% of my IC life now in the Mono base, I look forward to any kind of RP encounter with you guys. I remember one encounter which was rather interesting which has perked my interests to see them again. The whole ambiguity of the group has got me rather interested in it since it blew up so fast and such. I don't have much to suggest except wish the best for this PBG and say that so far it's lookin' pretty awesome.
I havn't played SRP in a while but I think I've seen enough info on this group to comment.
I don't understand what your group is about. Seems to me like you've just bunched up a couple of lines from an action movie and think it actully means something, for example you got lines like "We are all ready, for the ultimate sacrifice" what sacrifice, for what? "Our plan will be success, it must be." Success of what? "No matter how many have to die to get there," To get where? It's silly.
However, who cares what I say. No harm in just getting a group of old friends together to have fun, I think its a lame group but you guys can all RP well so good luck to you. :)

What it means by "Our Plan" and "Ultimate Sacrifice" is really a secret goal you wouldn't know unless you were in Phoenix yourself. Not everything you look at in life will make sense, that's what it means for people outside the Faction that are reading these quotes...

Pawx pretty much answered the question. Most of the stuff in the OP you wouldn't know what it means unless you've roleplayed with us. Its cryptic to prevent metagaming, but the information IS there.
I still want to hear other people's opinions about this. There are still alot of members in the group who are fully aware of our goals. Apps of course are still IC, the OP also contains info which will be very important later on.
I see many members, just don't try to get into the syndrome that Dug had, mass recruiting.

We have a tightly knit ranking system, with a max and min of each rank. There will only be a certain amount of people in group at all times, no more, possibly less.

Looks good, bro. I like the requirements for joining. We all know that you're not a baller OR a shot caller, and you certainly don't have 20 inch blades on the Impala until you've killed a 'sucker.
