Yo, it's me again, posting another complaint topic. As you all know, Nitro has recently gained admin. Now, I would think that this would make him be held accountable to a higher standard of temperment and roleplaying, but apparently this is not so. He has been blatantly powerplaying, using his auths to play as a half-human half-whatever to do so. I even have logs to prove it. Due to his influence, roleplay has turned into trying to out powerplay each other with auths to be superheroes. He is apparently able to move incredibly fast, dodge bullets without even blinking, and basically do whatever the fuck he feels like, and we can't do anything because if we point it out he threatens to ban us.
When I did the same things he did to show how fucking retarded it was, he shot me, jerked me around with the gravity gun, and told me to "behave". After I continued to press him in OOC, he threatened to ban me. Keep in mind, this is just for talking back to him about a perfectly legitimate issue. Is this really someone who should have admin?
And this isn't even considering the fact that he kicked Cutch and PKed all of the new Duty recruits, simply because he wasn't the one to do it himself. He can use all the fancy verbage and doublespeak he wants, but in the end that was the obvious reason. Thanks to him being the "leader" of Duty, Duty is damned near completely inactive. He basically forces his Duty members not to RP by forcing them to stay in base 24/7. He doesn't seem to understand that there is a rather large difference between real life and RP. Yeah, in real life it would definitely be an order to have some people guarding the base, but even then you would send out patrols for intel. But hey, you might say, he does allow that. Yes, he allows it if you have three people, and if you ask him personally. I say personally because there's basically nobody else they can go to.
Now, i'm sure he'll say something about how "WE COULD PATROL IF WE HAD SOME FUCKING MEMBERS OH MY GOOOOOOOOOD" but that's just a fucking joke. He had members, but since he couldn't take credit for it, he decided to get rid of them all. He is an incredibly narcissistic person, who honestly reminds me of a child a good bit. If something doesn't go his way, he screams and screams in all caps until he gets his way. He can be the superhero mutant, but if anyone else does they're "blatantly powerplaying". And he using his auths to hide behind the fact that he IS powerplaying, he IS reducing the quality of RP, and he IS just making it fucking ridiculous to play on the server. I've had enough of this retardation. Honestly, I don't even feel like getting on when Nitro is, because if you encounter him he's bound to just play his little fantasy, and you might as well be a fucking NPC.

As you can see at the end there, I was somewhat out of line, but only because I was so fed up with that shit. I get really, REALLY pissed off when someone thinks that they can just do whatever the hell they want. From what I understand, we're all supposed to be having fun, and getting immersed in the gameworld. There's nothing more jarring than someone who can fucking run at supersonic speeds, apparently from what I heard (I don't have logs, but maybe someone else does) can have fucking mind beams, and do psionic screams. Keep in mind that this is all just ONE of his characters. It's goddamned silly, and i'm pretty damn sick of it.
Every single fight involving Nitro eventually turns into an OOC flamefest until we say fuck it and either void the RP or just say Nitro won so that he'll stop screaming. He has nowhere near the level head required to be an admin, and his authorizations are just making it far worth. His ego is even larger than mine, and I used to pride myself on having the biggest damned ego on the planet. I see now that i'm utterly mistaken. And as you can see, this isn't some oneoff post that has nothing backing it up. I'm sure a lot of people have seen the same things I have, and although I don't want to speak for everyone, i'm pretty sure we're sick of it. I want to have fun in RP again. I want to make an impact on the world. I want to have exciting battles between two factions. What I don't want to do is be some random character in one of Nitro's inane fantasies where he's always the main character, and if we're lucky we're only spectators.

And they arent alowed out like Freedom cruits to run round the Zone, They guard the base the bar and the arena, And train. And i lead patrols and send them out whenever posible, So kindly shut it.
And considering that Halo is part of a year long RP involving Blaze Star and Halo, Halo being the minor char in the RP You can keep your iniformed opinions to yourself.

Well from what I remember, Radek and Crimzon weren't powerplaying. They didn't sprint across a fucking room while under the scope of three people. Also, i'm sorry if I was out of /me range, I didn't know that. Even still though yes, I DO have a problem with you OOC, because you singlehandedly killed Duty right when we were starting to have meaningful RP with them. That pissed me off a good bit. I also don't quite like how you act on a daily basis, with your "me me me" attitude. It's fucking annoying, really.

I got to admit that Nitro powergames.
For example when he was on Lorgic I came across his lair that he shared with other mutants, them being Freeze's and Blake's characters.
His lair was blocked off by a locked gate, so I asked in OCC what it looked liked and what it was made of.
He replied saying that it was made of some kind of super strong steel that couldn't even be harmed with explosives. I can't remember the name he gave me exactly.
I was really confused to how a skinny Ratman, a cannibal and a 7ft tall genetically modified bloodsucker got hold of such a thing.
But I dont know, you could have a reasonable explanation for it.

Nitro did not get admin out of the blue, he had it for a while and then due to health issues had to give it up. That's why he has admin.
As for Halo's auths I also find it absolutely retarded and would really like to know who originally authed an unkillable supersoldier with impenetrable armor and reflexes that move at the speed of light.
Everyone disliked Nitro even before these health issues. A respected member made a disapproving comment on his actions as well. That being while he was the "OSA".

This is the last post i'll be making in this topic until the issue is resolved.
I have
never seen you on any of those "normal" Stalker characters except for the Duty leader, and I assume that is simply because you have OOC obligations to play him. Just because I have several other characters in my list doesn't mean that I actually use them. Anyone can go ahead and make a one-off character. I don't know, maybe you played them a lot in the past, but i've been here for a couple of months and not once have I seen you on anything other than the leader or one of the powerplay machines.
And this Ladies and Gentlemen, is why i dont play SRP anymore, sort it out.

And if these are true, and since the people's 72% said its true, then seriously get back of powergaming, if you do it players will get bored of getting owned by powergame, losing everything they worked for, and others. Make your characters die(PK) in a blowout and everything will be fixed, or something. I'm still not going to install GMOD, I think... If things like this are happening... :sigh:

One: She is not unkillable she is just as easy to wound as anyone elles.
Two: She has about the same level of training as a green beret/Spetnaz/SAS solider.
Three: Relexes are the same as anyone ellse she just stacks her manuvers, AKA starts to do somthing elles while finishing her original move.

Pistol > Rifle in terms of weight and maneuverability.
When a .50 caliber projectile strikes some air-tanks on your back, I highly doubt your rifle would be pointing anywhere near your previously intended target.
You weren't powergamed, you put yourself in a very awkward and exploitable position and subsequently paid the full price, failing harder than Communism.
You decided to ignore my /me a bit, and from what I know, you didn't not /me raising your rifle.
Therefore, Schelk should not have been able to fire anything close to accurately towards Halo.

Zone = full of criminals
Criminals = not super soldiers
You are probably a guy who got here by misfortune if you play the stalker games most of them want to get out of the zone.
Duty, Freedomers, Monolith, everyone is basically a criminal from the outside world or a guy who wanted to get into the zone(they are considered criminals by the Military). Now see here that's mostly Ukranian/Russian people if we are going to stick to the canon.
I'd also like to see those auths. I do not like powergame it ruins overall experience on the server for the players and they will spread a bad word about it.

We argued about this already on Saturday with your "Nikki's 5.56 bullets ping off of Halo's armor" from about 3 feet away.
Second stacking moves is fine since I do that too when I type stuff the problem is when your "stacking" prevents other people from doing anything ie on Saturday again when me, Tom and Tyr were about to charge upstairs before another grenade hit us and you said "No you can't do that I have another /me I'm about to do" which was another grenade hitting us to prevent us from going upstairs. That is...sketchy in my mind. What's to stop me from just waltzing into military land and saying "No you can't shoot me yet I'm still doing an action" with a "/me fires towards every sentry and every person who comes to investigate"?
Training level the same as a Green beret/Spetsnaz ok that's fine...I guess. I still find it extremely improbable that a single person would be able to walk into Freedom's bar as it is teeming with at least 6 people (2 of whom were in exos) and shoot all of them while simultaneously making our bullets bounce off of your armor and basically saying "No you can't shoot me you'll hit a teammate" or "/me throws 80 bazillion more flashbangs at you all so you can't shoot back at all" every time someone tries to fight back. Is it possible based on training? Well maybe but it also isn't any fun for the 10+ other people who have to be on the losing side. It comes down to a question of ethics vs. legality. Is what you do legal in terms of the server rules? Perhaps (although I know I am personally dying to see who authed some of this shit). Does that means you
should do it? The answer to that is a resounding "NO". It's chasing other players away because they don't want to deal with this.
Over TS Nitro you made it clear you thought our playerbase ount sucked and TnB was going to sap it all unless things got better. Well you're not making things better with Halo and Lorgic. I would bench them or passive with them more or do something with them that doesn't involve crushing other players. Because they're going to stop coming back.

I beg to differ. Duty has had about 2 to 5 members on for the past week. We have done patrols, We built a new gate, I don't complain about staying in the base. We did a patrol yesterday and it didn't last long, But it was fun none the less.

I have a question about 'Halo'.
First, how long did they train for? Where did they train? And who taught them? (Spetsnaz/Green Beret/Other?)
I read that it was like 1 year of training? And if it was in the zone, there is no way you would have found time or a place to train to become as good as a Spetsnaz.
I know that for a fact that it would take at minimum, atleast 2 years.
Halo was created by Frost and Blaze and "Charron" at the end of 2008 begining of 2009 And the places was in the Monolith strongholds, And when you consider that she was brainwashed the training took considrably less time due to the irelivance of mental conditioning against pain hunger stress in the usual manner. 2 weeks brainwashing RP, Followed by 2 mounths of training before she went active (Training resumed during that time), a month later Monolith was disbanded, bout two three mounths later i end up in hospital and resigned from HGN admin team and HGN as a whole.
Now over the last mounth in a bit iv restored a few old chars and made some new ones, Halo is an old char and is barley used, When she is used pepole rember her, No one rembers when im on Jasper as nothing major happens.
And i find it pathetic that allmost every post in this thread was made by mebers who were not only NOT online THEY had NOTHING to do with the RP the isusse has been raised about. Monolith are supposed to be basically a hivemind. What skills you had before being monolithized are somewhat kept.

This actually started out fairly productively but has since devolved into people bitching and moaning at each other for disagreeing with one another (and for being Zstan apparently....that came out of left field). I think most of the important stuff that this would produce has already been said so I think I'm going to lock this.
It would be really nice if both sides would realize that each has valid points but since this is the internet that seems unlikely. So here's the deal: Stop bitching about this, it's done, it happened, there's no way to change it, let's look towards the future. If we have more issues then we can revisit this then although perhaps in the admin forum so we don't have to deal with a bunch of people who have no idea what is going on throwing in their random flaming 2 cents.
If people have more to say I guess PM me and I'll reopen it but I think this is just going to get worse and worse at this rate.
