One...this is the wrong section for this. Two, this seems to be happening for some reason when the moon turns blue and the planets align. I can't really say what makes it happen. However, we've stopped refunds, especially refunds with no screenshot.

The servers are messed up and everything is in chaos! Luckily, admins here seem to deal with things on a case-by-case basis. I am sure if you express your argument calmly, you can get them back.

Be calm and do not use all capital letters. Say that Seth Gecko can attest to the fact that he gave you the weapons, and perhaps try to get his statement and include it in the thread.

This has happened to me twice, rather annoying but I live through it. I have losts guns, healing stuff and loads of cash but I havent complained and asked for a refund.
