Being patient. Nitro has a job and a life so you'll just need to wait until he has the time to deal with your problem.
I was patient about 6 days...
P.S. also i have job too..and work to do.
That contributes to the problem even more, if you haven't added him on SF do so and wait untill you are both online, don't spam him though, he will get... angry.
Or a good alternative will be TS3.
