Everything is installed into the garrysmod/garrysmod folder like told but i still cant view the models :/ idk whats going on i do have CSS and EP2 but i still cant view the player models and everything
Have you tried redownloading the content pack?

OH dear god, you were supposed to put the patch and main files into addons -_-
If all else fails, I would completly wipe Garrysmod. Just re-install it, and install the content pack (Including the patch). See if that works.

I did i see almost everything but some textures in the menu and a couple errors in map in certain buildings
If you mean the Duty structure by the spawn, don't worry, we all have that texture problem. (At least most of us) Also the errors in the menu (I assume you mean bandages?) that's normal, don't worry about it. It seems it's working for you now (assuming I stated correct things).
Don't worry about it, it's just a few errors.
I had this problem at first. I'd try the above suggestions all atleast three times, if not. I don't have much else for you. Also, rebuild your spawn menu icon's for the errors.
