I foresee this turning into a problem. People join the faction that is most active. Removing the cap ensures that the most active faction continues to get the largest numbers of players. That is not helpful.

If that does start becoming a problem then the Admins will close that factions application by force and if need be remove some people from that faction. Keep in mind that is a drastic solution if the faction leaders start getting retarded. And begin abusing this there will ba action taken against them.
