Alright, this is part of the planned overhaul. We need new officers. There will be more put into place later, and I may be somewhat inactive from here on out, so officers will be a must. Right now, I need a co-lead to help with this.
Post if you are interested in becoming co-leader, or nominate/vote for a co-leader. I'll only give it to someone who wants it and deserves it.
I'd say Archangel would be a good choice.
Kieck. As a Sergeant I think my opinion actually means more but, Kieck is more active than me at times and simply has been with Duty for a pretty long time. Why he wasn't premoted to Sergeant when I got premoted to Sergeant still baffles me.
I'd say Earthtech or Kieck.
I love you guys too, I'd personally volunteer myself for a low CO position, but not anything extremely major.

Meetdadoom for a co-leader, he's not SO active and such, but he is better than most of us imo.

Could you actually notice which one is longer in Duty? It's terrible how you want a guy who is 2 months in Duty as an officer rather than a guy who dedicated about 7 months in being pushed around as a senior soldier. Gee, thanks.
Archangel and me should get at least Sergeant positions.

Kieck, you are right, I have only been in two months. But without a doubt I am the most active Dutier along with probably you.
Anyway I am interested in becoming co-leader, I feel I am good enough roleplayer. As stated above, I am the most active Dutier along with some others and I can accept responsibility as executive officer/co-leader.
Other than I probably meetdadoom, or another successful roleplayer.
Being around for long doesn't mean you become the co-leader. Being active and a noticable character means else. Due to my weak activity, I don't think I should be co-leader. Otherwise if no one who has been around for long wants to be it, give everyone rank ups who seem like they are active.
I want a Sergeant rank to host medical trainings :c.
I think it would be great for some of the experienced NCOs to fill Warrant Officer positions, ya?
Meetdadoom and Kieck as warrant officers would be fantastic in my mind.
I will post tomorrow my decisions for Officer and Co-Leader positions. Note that any and all decisions made are for the better of the faction, not because I'm picking favorites. They will be made mostly on role-play initiative, with activity being a close second. People who have been in a rut and stuck in the same place for a while, shown great activity and role-play, don't fret. You'll be rewarded properly.
A note on my activity. I plan to be active over the weekends to do some stuff on the server. I will be active quite a bit more sometime around winter, after football season due to band practices/rehearsals ending.
