Since the recent Update to GMOD, everytime I try to join some Japanese Anime S*** comes up. It only happens when I join STALKER Rp.

....I don't see how that relates to my issue.
It's not an issue, or anything of the sort. It's intentional, it will change, and you can thank the server owner.
