I don't know why everyone thinks that it is OOC, cause its not, so don't be on a dutier and run into freedom base and declare OOC due to emmission

Well they should probably have a much longer delay then, at least as long as it takes in the game. As of the moment it takes only about 30 seconds before you start taking damage, so you HAVE to run to cover. If it were longer people might even be able to finish RP, which could also be affected by the blowout. I was a zombie struggling with a stalker, blowout hits, he runs off to the Warehouse until it finishes. What we were doing should have been able to finish in that time.

I think main problem is no one is willing to rp the blowout includeing so and so which I wont so but yes they are ic and it is part of being in the zone, I say deal with the blowouts or gtfo.

I saw many times Suckers in DUTY base durning the emission, freedomers too... it's just weird and annoying. Guys that's just life, and ur luck, if you're close to the some kind of buildings: you're lucky. if not.... sry dude, shitt happens.

And with freedomers hiding in duty base and inversely dutiers in freed. you can go inside, surrender and after emmision be our prisoner. What would happen to you next.... It's just a 50-50 option, you will survive or die.

The thing is, there's nearly NO shelter, so people run in OOC, I still remember when Mono didn't have their base, they had to run to Eco lab to hide.

The freedomers do it. So when your running back to your base from spawn, *Because someone won't set the flag spawns up*, You have to.

You have enough time to get into cover unless you are just spawning and then you either need to make a mad dash to Freedom (and pray sliding down that hill doesn't kill you) or pray you can make it to the train tunnel/Duty base. Some sort of shelter like halfway between spawn and the underpass, like maybe at the swamps would probably alleviate the issue.

It be nice if we could construct our own shelters. But scripting would be difficult.

Though, I could see people abusing self made shelters.

If you see freedomers dashing for duty base, you should be clear to open fire. Thats what happened a long while ago when I was leading a military patrol. Blowout hit and we rushed for duty compound. Next thing I know I had like 5 people reporting causalities. Vice versa for freedom as well.

And the problem with Chernobyl is that its so god damn wide open. Theres litterally buildings placed randomly with no real reason for them being there. Maybe if we had a town like section and a forest outside leading to a open field sort of like the garbage. That would be better and easier.

I cant as a controller, I'm standing by freedom base and a blowout happens and the stalkers I was attacking just run off so I try to run off trying to escape to the ecobase (I'm dying from a blowout at rapid speed ;<) I dont make it there in time and I die.
