I'm sure the entire server has held an AK-74u in SRP, and personally I think it's getting a bit old and outdated model and skin wise. The Iron-sights I think are biggest flaw currently with our AK-74u, as it is just a flat texture and is hard to aim with. It also looks generally displeasing and unprofessional.
I propose we replace it. I've found what looks like a perfect replacement on FPS Banana:

This looks MUCHH better than the model what we got. And yeah, What AK-74u model we got now is creepy a bit.
I like the green bakelite STALKER AKs.....
But yeah the sights do suck.

might be able to score some of the retextures Teh_Snake has done for the default STALKER mdoels, and upoad them yourself, isntead of having it server wide.

The current model is ugly, and the swep itself it horribly underpowered against armored targets.

Yeah we do need a new ak74 model, a bit more fixed and textured.

also a fixing of the SWEP apparently? I do agree that it shouldn't be too underpowered against armored targets, the whole point was to have very compact SMG like weapon using assualt rifle rounds for hightly increased stopping power, and compatibility.
