*A Stalker wearing a heavy back pack armed with a Makarov walks upto the Sanctioned camp and hands a letter to a Sanctioned member before walking off, the member then hand this letter to you the leader, as you open it you start to read.*

"This is the Defiance, incase you have grown impatient of bothering to go to the old base where Defiance used to remain, I decided to give you this letter with a responce, we are also sorry for the delay as Defiance has had changes in leadership.  First off, Sorry for your leadership loss, on the next part to this topic, I would indeed agree to form a alliance however we wish to discuss these terms in a meeting, please send a letter to the old Defiance encampment if you wish to reply, I will then reply whether I agree with a date or time.  Thank you for your patence."
