Well i got a few qestions.
1. is there any rain
2. are there any artefacts ?
3. do i have to be donator to be a mutant ?

Not scripted rain, it can be evented though.


Yes there are artifacts, but they have to be spawned.


You can be a mutant, but yes, you do have to donate.
