Is this offical yet or no..Since like half the server has guys not from RUssian Ukrainian just saying but This sounds to make more sense.I think this should be approved perhaps but still allow people to expand there characters
It has been approved, just not enforced, it was updated into the new server rules around 3-4 weeks ago, but i think it has come where we DO need to enforce this rule, also if no one minds, sticked.
We need another rule about where people cant make some character that is all crazy with mind powers and shit...I seen like 20 people in server that said they were ex-monolith or someshit while back...I was like well act like it and It seems kind of odd for thatt to be. Most the time it unoffical.

If "marked ones" turn into an epidemic I will start forcing people to change it.
Ping Pong's Marked character hasn't done anything bad that I have seen, no "I r monolith assassin" bullshit or all that much. Actually the character acts like a scared, amnesiatic girl most of the time so I don't think he will be a problem.
Pawx having a Marked character troubles me a lot because of his history with acting like he owns the place. He does seem like the type to be like 'I r super secrit monolith assassin" I am more concerned with him than Ping Pong.
I'm not concerned with Ping Pong at all after having a chat with him.
However Pawx does concern me. Like you said, I'm just worried that this doesn't turn into an epidemic.
Also I'd like if we would make a list of these "Special" characters and non Russian/Ukranian ,who are approved.
Also we should have a thing where people cant just say there a monolith survivor or outcast. I seen a lot of that lately and months before. Kind of annoying seeing twenty monnolith outcast. Since nothing really has happened to trigger any. So that is something we should watch aswell like special characters.
Updated this a bit so all the special characters will now go here. Welshy and I reserve the right to override any special characters that anyone have auth'd that we feel are too overpowered or nonsensical.
I suggest you make an announcement about this rule so people understand it.
