This is where I'm just going to jot down my rules reminders, for now.
I'll finish this eventually.

Everything I type here is PROBABLY going to be true.

Notelist:
All PvP leads to PKs.
NPCs never cause PK, unless it's an event or something.
NLR is dumb. God do I hate NLR.
