Background: He grew up getting to know technology. Nobody liked him in school, he never had a girlfriend in his life (except for a time when he was 9 but that's a different story). When the breakout in America took a turn for the worse, he hopped on the nearest boat he fined and set sail to Europe. When he arrived, he scavenged around a bit, looking for survivors. When eventually he came upon a house, it has working water, working electricity, and a computer store across the street to boot. After about a week he had a computer setup, a radio setup, and a base built, he thought he was doing good. Then he flicked on his radio and began broadcasting that he was alive and had a camp setup, and sure enough, survivors started to arrive. Even some of the Joyce street survivors have been spotted hanging around there. He has since been seen holding out at the house, anyone is welcome to come, but you the requirement is that you can shoot a gun.
