Representatives of the unlawful and unjust left in the world.
They will steal, murder and rape for what they want taking weapons, ammunition, food and shelter.
Their ranks consits of many ranging from common street thugs to hardened convicts.

No specific leader is current but the bustle of crime lords and drug barons is rife, there is a war going on among their very own people, a war for power.



These guys are effectivly the bandits of Deadfall.
More still to come.

Theres no need for a story-line, the subfactions within it can have there own.

the way i see the outcasts is that there the bandits from stalker, theres no single reprasentative group for them, just lots of sepratist gangs.

I was going for that general idea, i just feel i should set 2 main subfactions in stone, like one lead by a drug baron the other lead by a mafia family, they both fight each other for power and resources.
