Morbous Role-Play is set in Present Day inside the UK. It is based on a Parasite called 'Parasitus animatione', more commonly known as "Morbous Rot". The parasite's eggs get into a host through any bodily fluid, carried by an infected. It then hatches and takes over the body laying thousands of new eggs ready to re-infect a new host. The parasite suppresses all non-primal instinct's and emotions, it also causes loss of pigmentation in the skin.
It is unknown exactly how the parasite emerged although it is thought to have mutated or evolved deep inside the sewers of Manchester. The Parasite is slow to take over its host, sometimes taking hours even days for the first symptoms to show - These being Violent mood swings, headaches, dis-colouration of the skin or even as simple as food cravings.
The first known case of Morbous Rot was in North Manchester General Hospital, where a counsil worker came in with a splitting headache, discolouration of the skin and constantly hungry. After three hours of being there he had turned into a mindless drone - He gnawed on three of the patients in his ward, two hospital security staff and a doctor - from there it spread rapidly. The news was blanketed with the case of the 'Crazy Counsel Worker'. 72 hours after the first broadcast the news went down only broadcasting emergency channels. The entire country - Quarantined - it had fallen to Morbous Rot.
Few survivors were scattered across the many towns, cities and villages - waiting for the evacuation that would never come.

Whats with HGN and Post-Apocs? Jesus christ, instead of doing 28 Days Later, do something new. Hell, it doesn't even have to be that original. You could easily just make a Firefly-esque RP.
