DeadFall - Book 1, Chapter 1
Infection
During the early days of the Infection, we had no idea what was happening. At first we figured it was just a bunch of pissed off Football fans that went a bit too far. We figured we were fine, I mean a small little town like us? New Phoenix was about ten minuites away but then why would any riot want to come here? Everyone knew everyone, there was shit all here.
We woke up, flicked on the news and saw that they were heading towards us. 'Couple of people decided to leave, you know, be on the safe side and all that but most of us just shrugged and expected 'em to pass without a thought.
Then of course, the fog rolled in and so did hell...--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

End Date: 6/2/09
Synthois: The Infection has reached Castletown and already the shit has hit the fan. Dense fog makes it hard to see anything, mass looting has left the town in a bad state. Phone and electronics are out and nobody knows what the hell is going on. It's three days since the Infection hit the town and already most of it's residents are dead or insane...
Chapter 1 takes place a few days after the Infection hits but the town is already in chaos. The offical factions such as the Vanguard, Steel Wolves etc do not exist yet although the future cultists of the Black Dawn are to be expected (Doomsayers etc) and the National Guard, Ambulance and Police services are trying to keep the town under control. No Cure exists yet and not many even know how they become one of the Infected which generally means if your bitten, your fucked. Phoenix City hasn't been hit yet and the National Guard have the town quarantined. It's upto it's residents to survive.
So is this like my idea? Where the map and items will change depending on the map?

I got grounded though so my character will be in one of the found sections in part two.
So, at this moment in time, the infection has pretty much just started right? I need to know this so I can roleplay accordingly.
