What you're proposing isn't right, all it'll do is provoke arguments. The best thing to do is get a proper server up with a proper script. The method has to be passive - let people discover the old style on their own, you can't dictate it to them.
Fair enough, HyperGaming Network is doing a good job of that, mind if they advertise, seeing as TnB is doing so?
As long as they don't invite flame wars.
The good news is, HGN is free to advertise on Facepunch. the bad news is, that Roleplaying is in a state of almost Anarchy.
