Stalker RolePlay isn't what it used to be

Ok, first off:
I might be leaving Stalker RP - and maybe the HyperGamingNetwork aswell - because of the new updates.
I don't want to leave at all, because I've had alot of great fun here. But if no one changes the server back to what it used to be, I'm going to leave.
Q: "Why do you want to leave?"
A: "There are a lot of reasons for that."
- So that's why I'm making this thread.
Ok.. My first reason is:
You removed everyones primary weapons (...). So.. I ask you,
WOULD YOU SURVIVE IN THE ZONE WITH NOTHING BUT A DAMN MAKAROV?!
You ought to know the answer to that question.
My second reason to leave is:
The one minute OOC chat delay. It's a chat channel.. you're supposed to CHAT in those.
I'd rather go'an get raped by evil little monkeys than wait a fucking minute till I can write stuff OOCly again.
10 seconds is more than enough.
And yeah, by the way, IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO SPAM WHEN THERE'S A DAMN ONE-MINUTE CHAT DELAY -
so don't fucking kick me just because I'm asking you more than one time to do something.
My third reason is:

"The respect system"
Ok lil' Stalkers! Today you're going to learn about respecting other Stalkers!
Respect doesn't come by numbers shown on your screen, it comes by respecting other Stalkers, and doing tasks and such for them!
Now - Stalkers - do your homework for tomorrow!
You get the point, and hopefully, you'll know what to do.
My fourth reason to leave is:
The ToolTrust rules sucks ass.
I've seen a whole lot of players who has less than 40 respect points, but still has ToolTrust. I think it's ok, but seeing those Stalkers having TT and not having anything near 40 respect points makes me think of one thing only -
Bad admins.
I'm not saying that all of you are bad admins, I'm just saying that there are individuals that aren't as good as others.
So please.. follow the rules that you've made, or change them so other people has a chance aswell.
My point is, the old setup was alot better than it is now.
Fix it, please.

You do know the OOC is there for occasional use, and we have an in game Pm system.
Also about the primary weapons, either don't get involved in fights, or try and buy another one.

I could make missions and such, but my trader doesn't have the money since everyone sells their spawn weapons weapons to and no-one buys them, or even from me.
Also theres a flag called "Duty Officer" Which is the one that spawns with the primary weapon, and the requirements for DUTY I'm not sure of, but Freedom's requirements were already said.
All it needs is a bit more time. . . Traders do need some more money for missions or somthing.
I agree with the bad admins and respect bull shit.
I've had to kick admins because they were fucking about. How horrible is that? A Trial Admin has to police OTHER admins.
Anyway, the respect system will take time, and if Silver just gives all the admins 20 respect we'll be fine. He just needs to do that, and he's not listening to me. D:<

Anyway, I agree on the OOC delay, KIND OF. There is a way to manually turn it off without other people having to suffer. I think we should utilize that more, instead of limiting other people.
Admins also need to be exempt from the delay. It annoys the fuck out of me that I have to wait to solve a problem in OOC.
I know the feeling Rohok, Im trying to explain someone something and I tell them the first part of the solution and then I have to wait 60 seconds after to do it again.

I Disagree with most of this statement as when I role played on it. I enjoyed the role play and also most of the complaints can be fixed with a touch of a button. So instead of making this post. Why didn't you just suggest it in the next patch. instead of saying your going to leave etc.
So you want to bring back the OOC spam,bring back the random deathmatch ,and bring back the minges getting TT and undeserved flags?

Besides everytime i join everyone relys on me making jobs as the Barkeep doesnt anyone else make jobs?
I guess me and pool need to start removing Barkeeps from inactivity.

That's why the /ab exits...
The respect system is FINE, if any admins/leaders want respect, ill make you go on another server, i set it and then ill put yours on the stalker server.
Ill admit some things take time.. but whatever, rawrmon, use /pm if you need to talk to someone/multiple people, ooc is a small broadcast system, and will be set to one minute soon, this is roleplay, use sf or the pm system to chat to your friends ! If you need a admin, you can ask over ooc, and they may just get to you.
As for guns, your leader/officer will supply you with guns, you do not need guns to roleplay, we are looking for quality roleplayers, not dmers, so if you feel the way stalker is going, isn't for you, then please, by all means, theres the door.

The point is, the respect System does nothing to prevent minges Propblocking and scooping up the Toolgun, so essentially the entire system is flawed, and needs a different approach.

Silver wanted donations, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. gets us donations, Silver wanted it back.
Personally i'm yet to set foot on it again.
For example in Gmod Stalker RP, you can't exactly go through the entire map and decide you want to run though a sewer/tunnel to see what loot there is and maybe have to deal with some bloodsuckers during the process, every thing is human controlled. We need some Snpcs, or something to fix this.
