Now I know he never reads this shit, but I have a suggestion for the respect system.
New players - 10 (So they don't instantly go negative the minute they ask for help.)
HGN members - 25 (So no one minges everyone below 20 the minute they come on.)
Faction leaders - 30, 35 (It makes sense since they need to be respected to get the leader spot.)
Admins - 40 (So they can do all the shit that needs done.)
Just comment.

Well we need some people with 20 respect, or some admin giving out respect more willingly to people that deserve it.
But other than that the respect system is a good idea.
It's a very good idea, just need to work for it.
Give all the trusted members enough respect points, to give other players respect.

Very true, I currently have 26 respect and I give it only to the people who don't act like a minge, the people that are actually Rp'ing on the server.
