Drug system

I was RPing on the server today playing as a red eyed pot head when I had the idea ''Why dont we have drug items such as weed,heroin exetera'' It would also make as a great RP for dealers,mobs and so on.
The upside of using drugs could be a visuall stimulant depending on the drug and the downside could be health loss and addiction.
