3 minutes? ô.o It's just a white background and black text ô.o
It's a custom font too Akira, it's a nice font at that.
I think he used the eraser brush to cut out parts of the font?
Either way, I think it looks awesome. If he didn't do that, you could probably do it that way and make it look very similar. Wow, I love photoshop. It's amazing the shit you can make in just under 3 minutes.
No ive seen it before, it's a font you can get off dafont, nothing special.
