Im writing this because a lot of you are "concerned" about alucards removal. This should clear up several things. Alucard's removal has been waiting to happen for several months, i declare months ago to Alucard that if made one more problem after he decided that he was higher than a CSV, which lead to a lot of issues in the administration and unrest, he is what pushed me to argue with Tunddruff, and for him to leave, he is also one main reason Welshy left.
Plunger has not been removed because he was a bad admin, no, he was a good admin, however due to his personnel issues with me and the community, i felt it was best to cut him lose. He was a very smart manipulative person who used everything you said or did against you and when he started that same motive on me and there was only so much to take. Now, i do this for the love of gaming, it's my community, and when someone undermines everything you're doing all the time, theres only so much i could take. I knew along time ago that by removing him he would do something like this, and now this is it. I first tried demoting him to keep him here and maybe he might go back to being his old self, however this was not the case.
If anyone wants to leave because Alucard is leaving, that is fine but things will get better without him, things always do and with the new map\script upcoming, for both SRP and FRP things will really pickup. I know some of you do not like blake, or commissar for that matter, but they are here to manage the server and make sure it runs smoothly, if they abuse their powers, they will be punished, they are not above the rules or law of SRP; no regulars on TS are leaving because they are aware of what plunger was like, infact plunger stopped coming on TS because he knew he could not control himself, but he is really a kid with a lot of issues. Plunger has not been Permmantly banned, although with the following new events he may as well be, for telling everyone a biased manipulated lie for the past two days.
At the most, ive kept this community going with SRP for over 3 years now, alucard has been an admin for about a year and a half, probably less, ive kept this community alive through the good and bad for along time and if you really think my actions are harsh, then you should consider that i, as your leader has had good reason to do so.

I will admit he was a great admin, he just had has his personal issues, I was present for most of the reasons disscussed above. I was around mostly for the WoW RP Fight were plunger would openly challenge Silvers authority and call Silver names n' such. Though I was not aware that he was the reason Welshy left, I will say he is the reason Tunny most likely left, and the other night there was "A shit storm" that I was not around for, but it dissrupted RP between Me, Blake, and Paint due to it being a "Heated" disscussion.
Shouldn't have done that. Plunger was an excellent admin despite trolling occasionally he actually enforced the rules and never abused.

I disagree Commisar, Alucard was a good admin, I can't recall a time when he has abused his powers in SRP, Its mainly personal issues with "Trolling" that caused the removal.

Well I did somewhat like alucard at times, but I think the community will roll a bit smoother now.

He's not banned, he was demoted, but he further kept up the same disposition of not only still attacking blake\commisar but also attacking me STILL. I use the word "attack" but it's more of trolling without any sense other than to win, he was essentially an admin who crossed a fine line several months ago and i just couldn't take anymore of his bullshit, i tried to be polite, but people like that never change back.

I agree with Pistol, Locke, and Paint, I never had problems with Plunger and he was an excellent admin.
Also as far as I knew Welshy left because he was tired of GMOD, and Tunddruff respected Plunger. As a matter of a fact when I first became an admin and asked Tunddruff for tips, he pointed out Plunger as an example of a great admin.
I love how fucking ironic this all is. Exile mentions how "...some of us may not like commissar/blake, but they are here to moderate..." and yet Plunger was well liked and was probably the best admin. Perhaps best isn't the right word? He was the strictest, but nice to the people he knew and trusted. So yeah, he was pretty great.
The irony is palpable.

The problems with Alucard are real. He was my friend and I respected him as a fellow admin and as much as I hate to see him leave, it was his choice to leave. He crossed the line, therefor it was on his behalf that this occurred.
Alucard was a good admin. Times he did troll, but he always chose what was right. When me and commisar were argueing about a little height problem, he stepped in and basicly defended me. He also helped anyone in need and was a general polite person.
But if SK thinks something is right for the community im not in any place to say nay. I don't know any of the events that happened between SK and plunger, but I was not there.
All and all i just want to say that i show my respects to Plunger, and hope he gets his life sorted out.
In all seriousness, the HGN leadership needs to grow up. It seems to me you've just used whatever reason you can to remove the thorn in your paw that was Plunger. He was one of the only admins that actually enforce the finer rules put in place by you many times hes come into conflict with me concerning the finer rules and small print if you want to put it like that, I didn't like it much but I still respected him as an admin for actually doing his job. From the times i've seen him hes been impartial and has remained emotionally indifferent to the admin situations he deals with. Unlike some admins I can name Nitro who always use a dash of mega rage when dealing with situations, that only serves to create hard feelings all round, and only cause more problems in the long run as people will not respect him as an admin. If an admin is not respected, their words will not be taken into full account and this is just unworkable when trying to admin a community.
For an admin to admin with high skill, they need to remain impartial and not get emotionally involved, and know when to be soft and know when to be hard. And from all my experiance in being an admin, and seeing bad/good admins its my opinion Plunger did this, whatever reason outside of the server is pretty much irrelevant as those sorts of things can be sorted out fairly easily if everyone puts in the effort required. Plunger was a credit to the team, and the overall quality of the admin team is now diminished because of his unjust removal.
Now, I haven't been around in HGN long enough to see all the supposed reasons for Plungers removal, so take what i've said or leave it. I'm just chipping in my two cents.

Well I think we should try to move on a little bit but still keep on this topic abit. Since this effected HGN majorly as a whole. Many peps knew plunger and many liked him.(at times.)I think we should try to move on though.
