One of the things I've noticed about Crussaria is that we're still following all the usual things. Why can't the undead not be crazy killing machines. Do we have to name all the races the same as every other fantasy book, movie, or game? Seriously, let's be original with it.
In all honesty I don't think this project will EVER be finished.
It would be a ton easier to scrap the folklore of "lions and tigers and bears" crap, and go for the gritty historical aspect. Medieval itself is kind of overdone as far as what is to explore in my opinion. I would be much more fond of something based on the dying Western Roman Empire during the child reign of Emperor Honorius and the split of dynasties.
