It has shoulders pad, just not the exact same. Also, it's not easy finding camo around for a good 100 miles from me. So I used the closes I could find, which was Urban Camo.
Either that or Urban Tiger Stripe Camo. Which doesn't sell in jackets, oddly enough...
Who ever did that did a great job texturing.
