If so, how many times can we click and per what time interval?

I clicked it and it brought me to latino dating. I only see it in a small box under member stats though.

Yeah, ads generally give money to the owner whenever clicked or loaded.

It's to help to try and pay off the quaterly webhosting bill, the ad is barely noticeable.

Im obliged to say click it if your interested in the ad, we don't want spammers, but a click every week or whatever would be nice, im actually tempted to click it when i see something interesting pop up, but being the webmaster im not allowed to :(

It doesn't work like that, please do not "spam" click the ads. Only click them if you are generally interested in the ad.
