*A telegram has been placed on the old desk of the General as I'm sure either Turchin or Nikolai (Not Nikolai 'cause he sucks)opens and reads it*
We have been notified about the loss of General Vladimir Stovsky, we have notified his family and the ceremony will be held back in his home town.

But as is for the Military precense in the Zone a new Commanding Officer is still being voted for.
Until then Colonel Ruslan Turchin will step in and replace the late General Stovsky.
We wish you all the luck in this hard time.

//This does not mean I leave the Military, I'm just trying to figure out how this new General will act and be named and so on, until then I won't be on and Assassinator will have to deal with you guys instead :P Rock on :D
